Lanette Espy

Lanette Espy, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, is an Emmy-nominated and NYABJ award-winning journalist with more than a decade of experience in newsrooms.

Lanette currently works as a social media producer for News 12, covering news in the tri-state area and trending news nationwide. Before joining News 12, she was part of the Digital Optimization Team as a digital producer with Gannett/USA Today Network. She also previously worked at WBGO as a freelance news reporter, plus she has several years' experience in copywriting and blogging.
